Terms and Conditions for MeSomb Service powered by HACHTHER SARL

2. Description of Service

2.1 HACHTHER SARL provides a platform that enables businesses and persons to accept payments from customers using various form of electronic payment methods, including but not limited to mobile money, credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers (the "Payment Aggregator Service").

2.2 HACHTHER SARL also offers a digital wallet service that allows users to store and manage funds electronically for seamless transactions. (the "Digital Wallet Service").

3. User Eligibility

3.1 To use the Payment Aggregator Service, you must be a legal entity registered to conduct business in your jurisdiction.

3.2 To use the Digital Wallet Service, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. User Obligations

4.1 To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information.

4.2 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Fees and Charges

5.1 HACHTHER SARL may charge fees for using the Service. Fees will be clearly communicated to you prior to using the Service. Fees may include transaction fees, monthly fees, and other applicable charges.

6. Payment Processing

6.1 HACHTHER SARL will process payments on behalf of merchants using the Payment Aggregator Service.

6.2 HACHTHER SARL reserves the right to hold funds for a specified period to prevent fraud or other risks.

7. Security

7.1 HACHTHER SARL employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data and funds. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your device and protecting your account information.

7.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

8. User Conduct

8.1 You agree to use the Service lawfully and ethically.

8.2 You agree not to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 HACHTHER SARL are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9.2 HACHTHER SARL shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your account.

9.3 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the six months preceding the claim.

14.2 Adding Payment Methods: You can add eligible payment methods to your digital wallet by following the instructions provided. We may limit the number of payment methods you can add.

14.3 Privacy and Security: Your personal information will be shared with the digital wallet provider and other third parties as necessary to provide the Services. We are not responsible for the security, accuracy, legality, or any other aspect of the content or function of the digital wallet.

14.4 Use of Digital Wallet: You agree to use the digital wallet in accordance with these Terms and any additional terms provided by the digital wallet provider. The digital wallet may not be accepted at all places where your payment methods are accepted.
